NICEVILLE, Fla. — Zoe Nodine, an eighth grader at Rocky Bayou Christian School (RBCS) in Niceville, has been named Student of the Month.

The recognition is part of the Teacher and Student of the Month series featured weekly at Niceville.com and generously sponsored by Katie’s House of Flowers and Gifts and other leading local businesses.

Zoe, our second student honoree for November, is not only an exemplary student but also a multi-talented individual. Currently engaged in volleyball and soccer, she not only excels in sports but also maintains impressive grades.

Zoe’s dedication extends beyond academics and athletics, as she serves in student government as the Middle School Head Prefect at RBCS.

Described as respectful and honest, Zoe is always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile on her face.

Her favorite subject this year is English, where she finds joy in learning. Zoe’s teachers, Mrs. Chapman and Mrs. Tullos, speak highly of her dedication, work ethic, and positive influence in their respective classes.

“As a teacher, I feel extremely fortunate to have Zoe as my student. She is an incredibly dedicated and hardworking individual who brings joy to each and every class,” said Mrs. Chapman.

Zoe’s future plans are evolving daily, showcasing her open-mindedness and adaptability. Both Jesus and her family hold a special place in her heart.

“Zoe is a sweet and godly young lady who is a hard worker, a wonderful soprano in my Jr. Knights choir, and is a very responsible and reliable student in terms of her work ethic and dependability,” said Mrs. Tullos.

“She gets along well with others and is inclusive of others. Zoe is a joy to have in my choir program,” she added.

Zoe has lived in Niceville since 2013. She has a younger brother, Sam. Her father retired as a flight surgeon in the Air Force Reserves in 2022.

Zoe Nodine embodies the qualities of an outstanding student, and we are proud to spotlight her as Student of the Month, alongside our sponsoring partners at Niceville.com.
