Okaloosa Arts Alliance announces poster contest winners

Okaloosa arts alliance poster contest winner
First Place - Middle School: Sarah Hood, 7th Grade, Rocky Bayou Christian School

Ft Walton Bch, Fla. — The Okaloosa Arts Alliance has announced the winners in its 12th annual OAA Okaloosa County School Poster Contest and 2nd virtual poster contest.

First-place winners are Alyssa Kleiser, 2nd Grade, Bluewater Elementary School, Sarah Hood, 7th Grade, Rocky Bayou Christian School, and Gracie Holland, 9th Grade, Crestview High School.

This year the theme was “Family Time.”

Participating schools included Rocky Bayou Christian School, Crestview High School, Silver Sands School, Meigs Middle School, Lewis Middle School, Bluewater Elementary and Plew Elementary.

Eglin Federal Credit Union generously donated gift cards for all the winners and Fort Walton Beach Sam’s Club additionally covered 2 extra 3rd place winners.  Each 1st place prize was a $75 gift card, each 2nd place prize was a $50 gift card, and each 3rd place prize was a $25 gift card.
