(Northwest Florida State College, Niceville, FL) – The Northwest Florida State College Foundation is calling for nominations for its 2015 Alumni Awards and they need your participation! This is a wonderful opportunity to honor a deserving alumnus of Okaloosa-Walton Junior College, Okaloosa-Walton Community College, Okaloosa-Walton College or NWF State College.
There are four categories of awards:
- Distinguished Alumni Award – Alumnus who is a true success story in a state or national arena.
- Against The Odds Award – Alumnus who has achieved success despite adversity.
- Rising Star Award – Alumnus who is under 40 years of age, and a success story with potential for achievement in a state or national arena.
- Hometown Hero – Alumnus who has achieved success within the college’s district and demonstrated notable community involvement.
All Alumni Award recipients will be recognized August 21, 2015, at the NWF State College Foundation Annual Dinner.
