Bo Nix, Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office

The Florida Leadership Academy emphasizes the importance of ethical leadership and integrity in criminal justice roles.

The FCJEI, established in 1990 and housed within the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, provides innovative training and education for criminal justice professionals across the state. The academy’s goal is to ensure that first-line supervisors exemplify the character and leadership expected in their positions.
