Circuit Court Judge Michael Flowers recently spoke to civics students at Ruckel Middle School in Niceville.

“He was a great speaker and very knowledgeable,” said Josh Regans, a civics teacher at RMS. “I was also very proud of our students, they were attentive and respectful.”
The school’s principal, Paul Whiddon, agreed. “It was excellent. I also am very proud of my hard-working civics teachers and their students.”
Judge Flowers serves the First Judicial Circuit of Florida. He is a resident of Niceville.
