Florida’s Early Learning Coalitions are organizations responsible for administering early childhood education programs and services across the state. They are part of Florida’s Office of Early Learning, overseen by the Florida Department of Education. Each coalition operates within a specific region and works to ensure that children from birth to age five have access to high-quality early learning programs.
The Early Learning Coalition of the Emerald Coast serves families and child care providers in Okaloosa and Walton counties.
