Eglin Federal Credit Union announced that Jabari Clayton, a Loan Services Representative, received the quarterly employee recognition award. Mr Clayton has worked for the credit union since June 2022 and lives in Fort Walton Beach.

The 5-Star Performer Award is an internal recognition program honoring employees who demonstrate the credit union’s core values of being Respectful, Trustworthy, Dedicated, Proactive, and Engaged. The recognition is based on written nominations submitted by coworkers.

Several employees nominated Mr Clayton for his respectful manner and attentive communication style. Coworkers said he listens carefully and values feedback while helping maintain morale inside and outside his department.

Colleagues also said Clayton is reliable and knowledgeable and consistently provides accurate information. When questions arise outside his area of expertise, he reportedly takes time to understand members’ needs and helps ensure they receive proper support efficiently.

Loan Services Manager Hunter Nichols praised Clayton’s work.

“Jabari’s genuine care for others, strong work ethic, and consistent excellence make him truly deserving of our 5-Star Performer recognition.”

Loan Services Supervisor Leigh Lewis also commended Mr Clayton’s contributions.
