World of Beer and Blend Lounge coming to Destin Commons expansion

A tavern and lounge have been added to the line-up of new stores and restaurants coming this summer to Destin Commons. Adding to the area’s premier outdoor lifestyle center’s existing 75 retail stores and restaurants, the 100,000 square foot expansion area will be anchored by H&M and Uncle Buck’s Fish Bowl and Grill with World of Beer and Blend Lounge.

World of Beer was founded in 2007 in Tampa, seven years later they have 55 locations in 17 states. It is the cutting-edge destination with the largest offering of craft beers from around the world, signature handcrafted cocktails, live music and good times. Their Tavern Fare menu starts with classic comfort foods, combining them with traditional bar offerings and a contemporary spin. With items like the German Pretzel, Guinness Brat Sliders, flatbreads, the Chimay Burger and Steak Frites, there are a wide variety of options to choose from. Guests are guaranteed to enjoy the World of Beer experience, and will taste the difference.

Blend Lounge is a chic, upscale lounge opening its third location in Destin Commons. They will provide a sophisticated environment featuring an ultra-modern décor and a cool vibe to ensure an enjoyable guest experience with indoor and outdoor dining. With a diverse drink menu offering a full bar, martinis and wine are Blend Lounge’s specialty, along with champagne cocktails, cosmos, and a full menu page of specialty shots mimicking everything from Gummi Bears to chocolate covered pretzels. All this is topped off with a unique and flavorful tapas styled menu.
