PENSACOLA, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) have arrested three men on felony drug trafficking charges following an ongoing narcotics investigation.
FDLE identified the men as Sean Torres, 18, Ladaryl Hull, 22, and Riley Durbin, 23. Investigators said the case began in November 2024 when NCIS partnered with FDLE Pensacola and the DEA, leading to the identification of a narcotics distributor in the Pensacola area.
Throughout the investigation, undercover agents reportedly purchased multiple narcotics. According to FDLE, Torres, Hull, and Durbin were identified as local distributors.
On September 17, FDLE agents, DEA agents, and NCIS agents executed simultaneous search warrants at two Pensacola residences. Investigators reportedly seized approximately four ounces of methamphetamine, 6.7 ounces of cocaine, fentanyl, three pounds of marijuana, three ounces of mushrooms, 47 tabs of LSD, and a firearm.
Mr Torres was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell (second-degree felony), possession of fentanyl with intent to sell (second-degree felony), and unlawful use of a two-way communications device (third-degree felony).
Mr Hull was charged with trafficking methamphetamine over 28 grams (first-degree felony), possession of cocaine with intent to sell (second-degree felony), and possession of marijuana with intent to sell (third-degree felony).
Mr Durbin was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell (second-degree felony), possession of controlled substances with intent to sell (second-degree felony), and unlawful use of a two-way communications device (third-degree felony).
Torres, Hull, and Durbin were booked into the Escambia County Jail. The State Attorney’s Office for the First Judicial Circuit will prosecute the case. FDLE said the investigation remains active.
