Brandon Lee Edward Houston, 28, of Rainbow City, Ala., was taken into custody on Thursday on Lake Rosemary Circle in DeFuniak Springs, according to a post on the WCSO Facebook page.

Mr Houston was wanted out of Etowah County, Alabama.

In 2020, Rainbow City Police initially detained Houston on one count of first-degree rape and one count of incest. The charges are related to an incident allegedly occurring in January at a mobile home park in Rainbow City.
