NICEVILLE, Fla. — The Niceville Fire Department is asking residents and others in the community to help shape its priorities and services for the next three to five years through its first community Strategic Plan Survey.
The survey is part of the department’s development of a Strategic Plan intended to guide the organization over the next three to five years.
According to the Niceville Fire Department, the survey will help identify community needs, opportunities to improve services, and priorities for the years ahead.
The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and responses are anonymous unless participants voluntarily provide their contact information.
“This is an important first step as we look toward the future, and we want to hear from the people we serve,” said Niceville Fire Chief Alex Kukulus.
“As our first community survey, we hope our residents, business community, and partnering agencies will share their thoughts. Their feedback will help us identify what we do well, where we can improve, and what our priorities should be over the next three to five years.”
The department encourages residents, business community members, partnering agencies, and others who live or work in Niceville to participate and share the survey with others in the community.
The survey is available here.
