NICEVILLE, Fla. — The Niceville Skate Park (now the Youth Center) opened to skaters and bike riders with great fanfare on March 22, 2003. There was a great demand for the park from both young people and parents.
The grand opening of the skate park included a Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting, honored guests, refreshments, and an afternoon of fun for the kids at the brand new, state-of-the-art skate park.
Niceville.com was honored to be there.
We hope you enjoy these photos of the grand opening day by Niceville.com publisher Dennis Gilson.
