Pups to hunt 1,000 eggs at 2025 Doggie EGGstravaganza April 18

MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla. — A canine-only Easter egg hunt with live music, food, and fun is set to return to Grand Boulevard at Sandestin on April 18.

The 10th Annual Doggie EGGstravaganza, presented by Dog-Harmony, will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and features 1,000 colorful eggs filled with dog treats for leashed pups to discover.

A $20 donation is requested in advance or $25 on the day of the event. All attendees receive a souvenir bag and access to designated hunting zones for dogs over and under 35 pounds.

The Friday evening event includes music by DJ Diamond Dan, appetizers by JC’s Gourmet, beer and wine, family-friendly games, pet photography by Rescue Animal Photography, and a silent auction.

Doggie EGGstravaganza benefits Dog-Harmony, a nonprofit focused on keeping dogs out of shelters through humane education and programs that strengthen the human-animal bond. Organizers request that no prong, shock, or choke collars be used at the event.
