NICEVILLE, Fla. — A pancake breakfast fundraiser is planned in Niceville to support local Scouts preparing to attend the 2026 National Scout Jamboree.
The National Jamboree Pancake Breakfast will be held Saturday, February 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Niceville American Legion Post 221, located at 444 E John Sims Parkway in Niceville.
The fundraiser supports Scouts from Troop 157 and Troop 1157 as they work toward attending the National Scout Jamboree, scheduled for July 22–31, 2026, at Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia.
Breakfast plates include two pancakes and two sausage links, along with butter, syrup, milk, and juice. A $5 donation is requested, and additional donations will be accepted.
Organizers say the event is open to the public and helps offset travel and participation costs associated with the national Scouting event.
The National Scout Jamboree is described by organizers as a unique, large-scale experience bringing together Scouts from across the country for hands-on adventure, fellowship, and leadership development.
