The Niceville Eagles (9-2) host the Tate High Aggies (9-2) tonight in the Region 1-7A semifinal. Kickoff at Niceville is set for 7:30 p.m.
Niceville defeated the Aggies 35-7 on Oct. 3 in a regular season game at Niceville. Tate is currently riding a five-game win streak, during which the team has outscored opponents 194-124.
The Eagles have won 12 straight at Niceville at Eagle Stadium, including seven wins at home this season.
As many as 9,000 people are expected to attend tonight’s game, perhaps the last at home for the Eagles this season. The Eagles will need a little help if they are to play at home again. First, NHS must beat Tate, and then Fletcher must defeat the favored Oakleaf team.
