DeWayne Wallace, 47, was reportedly arrested on outstanding felony warrants by U.S. Marshals Task Force members, including WCSO deputies.

According to the WCSO, Mr Wallace was wanted for domestic battery, battery by strangulation, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and attempted sexual battery.

The charges stem from an incident in Villa Tasso back in April where Wallace allegedly strangled, beat, and held a gun to the victim’s head and chest during a domestic dispute where he also reportedly tried to force himself on the victim.
