VALPARAISO, Fla. — Frances Roy Agency has added three new team members and promoted four existing staff members in a move the agency says positions it for continued growth and innovation.
Sophia Frankhouse, Annalise Dedicke, and Andrew Baker are the newest additions to the locally based strategic marketing firm, according to an announcement from Frances Roy Agency.
Ms Frankhouse joins as Content Coordinator and will support the agency’s content initiatives, focusing on creative social media strategy.
Ms Dedicke steps into a newly created role as account manager for nonprofits. She is said to have a strong background in mission-focused work and will help lead efforts supporting nonprofit organizations.
Mr Baker joins the team as a content creator, bringing, as the agency described, a fresh perspective and skill set to expand its content development efforts.



Four current Frances Roy employees have also been promoted to senior positions.
Hillaree Somerville is taking on a new role as senior director of communications, where she is expected to help shape the agency’s storytelling strategy.
Janae Erickson has been promoted to Senior Director of Design and will lead the creative direction for client projects.
Kelsey Doar now serves as marketing director, and Jacie Chandler has been named digital coordinator to support project execution.
