Frances Roy Agency employee rises from intern to digital media role

VALPARAISO, Fla. — Frances Roy Agency has announced the promotion of Sophia Spaw from content coordinator to digital media specialist, recognizing her creativity, leadership, and contributions to the agency’s growing digital storytelling initiatives.

Ms Spaw began her journey with Frances Roy as an intern, quickly earning recognition for her strategic approach and collaborative spirit. She has since become a key member of the agency’s creative team, helping clients build meaningful digital connections through storytelling and social engagement.

“I’m so grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with the Frances Roy team,” Ms Spaw said.

“From the very beginning, this agency has shaped my creative path and inspired me through its collaboration and creativity. I’m excited to keep exploring my passion for digital storytelling and creating work that connects, uplifts, and makes an impact.”

Originally from Hawaii, Ms Spaw earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of West Florida. In her new role, she will continue to strengthen Frances Roy’s digital media strategy and content development efforts for clients across multiple industries.
