According to the Fort Walton Beach Police Department, on Tuesday, detectives with its Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at 57 Silva Drive, NW.

With assistance from the community, the FWBPD said detectives learned that the residence allegedly was being used for the use and distribution of fentanyl.

Detectives said that they encountered six people inside the residence, including John Partlow, 38, of Fort Walton Beach, and Susan Staubitz, 60, of Fort Walton Beach.

Detectives said that they located narcotics distribution items in the home, as well as narcotics paraphernalia.

Partlow and Staubitz were each charged with possession of narcotics paraphernalia and maintaining a nuisance residence, the FWBPD said.
