The expansion, which extends from Destin Commons’ clock tower and playground area to the southwest corner of the property, will be anchored by H&M and Uncle Buck’s Fish Bowl & Grill.

Everything But Water, will occupy close to 1,000 square feet in the expansion. This national retailer is the destination for the season’s must–have swimsuit and resort wear, including bikinis, one piece swimsuits, separates, sundresses, cover-ups, hats and accessories. Everything But Water believes that “swim shopping should be a luxurious me-moment.” The store offers beautiful collections by the most-fashionable designers and experts who are trained to help customers find the perfect fit. This locally-owned women’s specialty boutique offers an expansive collection of casual clothes, accessories, shoes and jewelry for the fashionably inclined. The store specializes in tested looks and latest trends at affordable prices.
Tervis Tumbler will occupy more than 1,200 square feet and specializes in insulated tumblers. Ranging from 8 to 24 ounces, each tumbler is backed by a lifetime guarantee and made in America. This Venice, FL-based company also sells additional accessories, such as lids, straws and handles, and certain products can be customized. Currently there are 30 stores in the United States.

This self-service yogurt shop will have six yogurt stations, each offering two different flavors of premium yogurt and one station offering the traditional ice cream custard flavors, vanilla and chocolate. The self-service option allows customers to select the flavor and quantity they prefer, with the option of fresh toppings and candies. Fresh waffle cones will also be available. This Yogo Mogo location will be the first of three locations opening in 2014.
“The addition of these six tenants offer an exciting mix of retailers and eateries to the Destin area,” said Destin Commons General Manager Bob Perry. “We continually search for new additions that will enhance the shopping and culinary experience for our customers.”
