TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has announced the graduation of 25 criminal justice executives from the Chief Executive Seminar Class 58, including Major Joshua Grace of the Crestview Police Department and Major Doug Bringmans of the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office.
The seminar, held in Tallahassee over three weeks, is part of the Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute’s advanced leadership training designed to prepare senior law enforcement officials for the evolving challenges of public safety leadership.
Participants studied a range of topics, including future trends, social media, stress management, succession planning, and trust-based leadership.
The program, established by the Florida Legislature in 1990, operates within the FDLE and is affiliated with the State University System to promote professional development and innovation among law enforcement leaders.
FDLE congratulated all 25 graduates of the Chief Executive Seminar Class 58.
