Drivers may encounter intermittent nighttime closures of Brooks Street beneath Brooks Bridge from Tuesday, May 19, through Thursday, May 21, from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. as crews work on the new westbound bridge, according to the FDOT. Signage will direct drivers through the work zone.

The FDOT said westbound travel lanes will shift onto the newly constructed overpass as part of the interchange project. The traffic pattern is expected to become the permanent configuration for westbound traffic.
