Site work is underway at the Oak Creek Shopping Center for a new building which will be home to such new Niceville businesses as Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts, Aspen Dental, and McAlister’s Deli, according to the City of Niceville.
The new structure, which fronts John Sims Parkway, is located in front of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.
Baskin-Robbins is the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty shops serving premium ice cream, specialty frozen desserts, and beverages to more than 300 million customers each year.
Founded in 1950, Dunkin’ Donuts is America’s favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, according to its website.
Aspen Dental practices are independently-owned and operated dental practices which provide comprehensive dental care.
McAlister’s® Deli is a fast casual restaurant chain known for its sandwiches, spuds, soups, salads, desserts and McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea™. The McAlister’s brand, founded in 1989, has over 350 restaurants in 26 states.
