According to the OCSO, deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a silver Nissan reportedly driven by 26-year-old Nkosi Seals.

When deputies activated lights and sirens, they said Mr Seals fled in the area of James Lee Boulevard and Old Bethel Road in Crestview.

After a short pursuit, Seals reportedly crashed his car into a utility pole near Lindbergh Street and Highway 90. He then is said to have fled on foot and was taken into custody after being tased.
