NICEVILLE, Fla. — The Niceville Fire Department is inviting residents to become CPR certified during a public training class scheduled for Aug. 10.

The class will be held from 8 a.m. to noon in the department’s training room at 216 Partin Drive North in Niceville.
The cost is $45 per person. Participants will receive hands-on instruction designed to prepare them to respond during medical emergencies.
According to the Niceville Fire Department, the class is open to the public, but space is limited.
