Testing is scheduled daily from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

According to the 96th Test Wing, vessels must remain clear of the designated hazard zone during the testing period.

The restricted area begins approximately five nautical miles south of the Destin East Pass and extends about 22 nautical miles south into the Gulf.

Maritime advisories and local notices to mariners are being broadcast on Channel 16 and on HF upper sideband 2182 KHZ by the Eglin Joint Test and Training Operations Control Center.

More from Military

The Air Force said additional information about the testing may be obtained by contacting the 96th Test Wing Public Affairs Office at (850) 882-1310.
