Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is holding a job fair this week to hire workers for its Niceville location, which is now under construction in part of the former Kmart building in the Oak Creek Shopping Center next to Niceville’s Prescription Place.
The hiring event is June 21-24, as follows: Tuesday, June 21, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Wednesday, June 22, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Holiday Inn, 106 Bayshore Dr. in Niceville; and Thursday, June 23 and Friday, June 24, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., at Comfort Inn Suites, 148 W John Sims Parkway in Niceville. Ollie’s is accepting applications for the new store set up. Those hired will be considered for permanent positions once the store is open. The Niceville opening is expected to be in August. Ollie’s has plans to open several store locations in the Florida Market.
Hiring is for all positions:
- Full time hourly positions, such as department managers and head cashiers
- Part time hourly positions, such as sales associates and cashiers
- Store, co-team leaders and assistant team leaders for future growth
