VALPARAISO, Fla. — Senior Director of Design Janae Erickson of Frances Roy Agency will bring her digital artwork to life on stage during the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation (MKAF) Arty Kickoff Party on Friday, Oct. 24, celebrating the launch of MKAF’s 30th Annual Festival of the Arts.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience the creative process firsthand as Ms Erickson illustrates live on the Dugas Stage, blending art and technology in real time. Known for her work on the Niceville mural and MKAF’s 30th anniversary logo, Erickson continues to shape the visual identity of Northwest Florida’s creative community.
“Janae has been part of Frances Roy Agency’s story since 2017, leading with creativity, vision, and heart,” said Shantelle Dedicke, president and chief creative officer of Frances Roy Agency.
“Watching her bring her art to life on the Dugas Stage as MKAF celebrates 30 incredible years is a true full-circle moment for her and for all of us who have witnessed her growth and impact.”
Recently promoted to senior director, Ms Erickson leads the design team at Frances Roy Agency, focusing on visual storytelling, brand identity, and meaningful creative expression.
Her portfolio includes award-winning work for clients such as Audubon Florida and the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation, as well as digital campaigns and custom illustrations that reflect the character of each client’s story.
Attendees can enjoy live music from DJ Josh, curated wine pours from Vinuv, light bites, and a gathering of local creatives to celebrate 30 years of community and art.
