This year marks the 32nd annual competition, which typically draws upwards of 30 boats. The single-sailor race allows only one person per boat and is designed to be a short contest for fun, challenge, and bragging rights.

A skippers’ meeting and registration will take place on Friday, October 17, at 6 p.m. at LJ Schooners Dockside Restaurant & Oyster Bar. Exact start times for the Bermuda Start Race will be assigned at that meeting.

For more information, participants may call Bluewater Bay Marina at (850) 897-2821, email frontdesk@bwb-marina.com, or visit bluewaterbaymarina.com.
