FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — A second drug search this year at a Fort Walton Beach residence has led to three arrests and the seizure of fentanyl, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO).

The sheriff’s office said the Multi-Agency Drug Task Force, assisted by the Special Response Team, executed a narcotics search warrant at 111 London Avenue on Tuesday.

During the operation, investigators reportedly found fentanyl and drug paraphernalia inside the home.

James Carter, 60, of Fort Walton Beach, is charged with keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity.

Kimberly Blair, 50, also of Fort Walton Beach, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Misty Woodhams, 42, of Fort Walton Beach, is charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of a controlled substance in a detention facility. Ms Woodhams also had an active felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance at the time of her arrest, according to the sheriff’s office.
