FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. – Eglin Federal Credit Union has acknowledged the dedicated service of a senior vice president who has been with the organization for 35 years.
Gina Denny, Eglin Federal Credit Union (EFCU) Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer, was presented with an EFCU Achievement Award last week for 35 years of service.
Denny’s hard work and commitment have been truly appreciated, said Jerry Williams, EFCU President/CEO.
“In Gina’s 35 years with the credit union, she has been and continues to be an essential part of our company’s journey,” Williams said.
“EFCU is privileged to have employees like Gina who bring such dedication, hard work, and loyalty to our organization. We congratulate her as she celebrates this milestone anniversary.”
According to EFCU, Denny began work with EFCU in May 1988 as a real estate receptionist. She worked as a loan interviewer, member service trainee, manager trainee, and assistant branch manager before becoming the collections manager in April 1994.
Denny went on to manage the Eglin branch and Fort Walton Beach branch before transferring to human resources manager in 2007. In 2013, she was promoted to vice president of human resources. Five years later, she was promoted to senior vice president of human resources.
In November 2022, she was promoted to her current position as senior vice president/chief human resources officer.
“I’ve grown up at the credit union, and I’m so grateful for all of the opportunities that I have had here,” said Denny.
“I have worked with a lot of wonderful people over the years, and my HR team is amazing.”
