NICEVILLE, Fla. — The 2025 St. Paul’s Christkindl-Markt will return November 21–22, marking the third year of Niceville’s only European-style Christmas market and officially kicking off the holiday season.
The two-day event will take place Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1407 E. John Sims Parkway. Admission is free, and organizers say this year’s Christkindl-Markt will be even bigger than last year’s, featuring many returning favorites along with several new vendors.
Visitors can expect a festive atmosphere filled with twinkling lights, artisan booths, live music, and visits with Saint Nicholas, including photo opportunities for children and pets. Families can also take part in cookie decorating, enjoy warm drinks, and shop for unique handmade gifts.
This year’s menu will showcase traditional German and Scandinavian holiday treats, including bratwurst, hot dogs, lefse, German pretzels, kettlecorn, apple strudel, krumkakes, sandbakkels, gingerbread hearts, candied roasted almonds, and non-alcoholic Gluhwein. Hot cocoa will also be available to keep guests warm while they explore the market.
The vendor lineup includes a wide variety of artisans offering artwork, Christmas ornaments, jewelry, dog treats, flowers, home décor, pottery, woodworking, knitwear, quilts, soaps, candles, and more. Many of last year’s popular vendors will return, along with new participants bringing fresh creations and holiday products.
Organizers said the Christkindl-Markt captures the charm of a traditional European Christmas festival, combining handcrafted goods, festive food, and community spirit into one joyful weekend.
The event will take place at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1407 E. John Sims Parkway in Niceville.
