Students at Edge Elementary School in Niceville were among several schools which participated in the local Holiday for Heroes drive. At Edge and other schools, students handcrafted cards for deployed military members from our area. Over 6,400 cards will be delivered to Eglin and Hurlburt Field troops deployed overseas.

More than 6,400 cards were made by the students for deployed military members from Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field.
