NICEVILLE, Fla. — The annual Christmas parade has been rescheduled to December 13 following concerns about expected inclement weather, according to the Niceville-Valparaiso Rotary Club.

The parade was originally set for December 6, but organizers said shifting the event by one week will help ensure public safety and provide a better experience for participants and spectators.

The Rotary Club reported that the parade will still begin at 10 a.m., and the established route will remain unchanged.
