NICEVILLE, Fla — Costa Enterprises McDonald’s announced it will offer free combo meals for all hospital employees with a valid ID beginning March 18, 2020 through Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

Due to the heightened concern regarding the spread of COVID-19, Costa Enterprises McDonald’s would like to honor and give a special “thanks” to all the men and women who dedicate their lives to work in their medical professions to serve those affected by this global pandemic. While most of the population is self-quarantining or practicing social-distancing, hospital workers are continuing to work diligently and operating normal and extended hours.

The offer is valid for one free combo meal of choice per customer when they present a valid hospital ID badge. This offer can be used at any of the 24 Costa Family McDonald’s locations in the Southeast, including Bluewater Bay, Niceville, all Navarre locations, Mossy Head, all Crestview locations, Marianna I-10, Marianna Lafayette, Cottondale, Bonifay, Chipley, DeFuniak Springs, Harrison, Long Beach, Long Beach Walmart, Surfside, Lynn Haven, Blountstown, Callaway Walmart, Port St. Joe, Pier Park, and 23rd Street in Panama City, Fla.

In an effort to ensure the best possible health and safety for the community and McDonald’s employees, all Costa locations have closed restaurant seating areas, PlayPlaces, self-service beverage bars, and kiosks. While maintaining industry-leading clean procedures, McDonald’s has shifted its focus to service through Drive-Thru, walk-in take-out, and McDelivery.

This effort is part of Costa Enterprise’s’ “Costa Cares” program which has the mission to provide outstanding community service through various fundraising efforts such as supporting local schools, partnering with churches, involvement in international and national charities, and offering any help or services that the community may need.
