There will be speeches from two local Vietnam veterans: Howard Hill, who spent five years as a prisoner of war, and David Rose, an Army combat trauma medic.

The country’s annual National Vietnam War Veterans Day is officially held March 29. Americans are encouraged to fly the flag on that day.

The Mullet Festival Grounds is at 598 State Road 85 North in Niceville.
