NICEVILLE, Fla. — The Friends of the Niceville Library is delighted to have been selected by the Bluewater Bay Winn-Dixie store leadership as a beneficiary of their Community Bag Program for the month of March.

The Niceville Library Friends will receive a $1 donation every time a $2.99 reusable Community Bag is purchased next month at the Bluewater Bay Winn-Dixie store unless otherwise directed by the customer through the giving tag attached to the bag.

All donations provided through this program will support the Niceville Public Library.

The Winn-Dixie Community Bag Program, which launched in February 2019, is a reusable bag program that facilitates community support with the goal to make a difference in the communities where shoppers live and work.

Each time a shopper purchases the $2.99 Community Bag with the Giving Tag the shopper has the power to direct a $1 donation to a local non-profit within 7 days of purchase.

If the customer does not direct the $1 donation within 7 days, it will automatically be donated to the non-profit that each store’s leadership has selected for the month.

Winn-Dixie is at 4512 E Hwy 20.
