Veterans Day Parade to debut in Niceville on November 9

NICEVILLE, Fla.—The City of Niceville will host its first-ever Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 9, 2024, the city has announced.

The event will honor the courageous men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

According to the City of Niceville, the parade will start at 10 a.m. and follow the same route as the annual Rotary Club Christmas Parade. The route begins at the intersection of John Sims Parkway and Palm Boulevard and heads to Partin Drive, where it turns right and travels up Partin between past Ruckel Middle School.

Community members are encouraged to participate in the parade or show their support by attending.

Registration is currently open and will close on October 4, 2024.

Individuals, groups, and organizations interested in participating can apply through the city’s website. A $30 application fee is required, which can be paid online or in person at 208 Partin Drive North in Niceville.
