The arrest took place around 5:30 a.m. on Good Friday as members of the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force, along with Walton County Sheriff’s Office deputies, served a search warrant on Mussett Bayou Court.

The suspect, Pablo Rocco Forenza, was taken into custody at the residence without incident.

According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, Mr Forenza is wanted out of Grand Junction, Colorado, on nationwide extradition warrants tied to charges involving a minor, including sexual assault on a child, sexual exploitation of a child, and possession of sexual exploitative material.

Investigators said Forenza, who reportedly identifies as a “sovereign citizen,” surrendered when law enforcement arrived.
