This comprehensive advisory compiles FDOT’s latest updates for Bay, Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Escambia counties, ensuring you have the most up-to-date information before you hit the road.
BAY COUNTY:
— U.S. 98, west of Tyndall Drive-Airey Avenue to east of Louisiana Avenue
U.S. 98 drivers may encounter intermittent lane closures between Tyndall Drive- Airey Avenue, and Louisiana Avenue through the end of August.
— U.S. 98, Widening from Mandy Lane to east of Nautilus Street
Drivers will encounter alternating lane closures between Gulf Boulevard and Nautilus Street, Sunday, June 23 through Thursday, June 27, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Crews will be installing temporary asphalt and drainage.
— U.S. 98, Widening from east of Nautilus Street to east of Richard Jackson Boulevard

SANTA ROSA COUNTY
— U.S. 98 Widening from Bayshore Road to Portside Drive
Motorists will encounter the following traffic impacts:
- Median and turn-lane closures from Bayshore Road to Tiger Lake Drive
- Intermittent lane closures and additional median closures between Bayshore Road and Tiger Lake Drive Sunday, June 23, through Friday, June 28, from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. for stormwater drainage improvements and paving operations
- Beginning the week of June 23, motorists traveling westbound along U.S. 98 in Santa Rosa County will encounter a new traffic configuration from east of Ramblewood Drive to west of Bayshore Road. Lanes will be shifted north to allow the contractor to perform roadway widening operations in the median.
ESCAMBIA COUNTY
No FDOT advisories were issued.
