Standout kindergarten teacher in Niceville is Teacher of the Month

NICEVILLE, Fla. — Pam Willard, a dedicated kindergarten teacher at Edge Elementary School, has been recognized as the Teacher of the Month in our continuing series celebrating exceptional educators and students in the local community.

Mrs Willard’s commitment to her students and profession makes her a standout teacher at Edge and a valued team member by her colleagues.

Principal Melissa Kearley and Assistant Principal Kathy Anderson praised Willard, highlighting her tireless efforts and unwavering dedication to education.

“I cannot think of a more deserving recipient for the Teacher of the Month than Mrs Willard,” said Principal Kearley.

“She is a blessing to work with and a champion for education,” added Assistant Principal Anderson.

Mrs Willard’s colleagues lauded her as a hard worker, team player, and a beacon of knowledge in the school community.

Her genuine care for her students was emphasized, with her colleagues noting her consistent advocacy for their best interests inside and outside the classroom.
