Looking for something to do over the last weekend of the month?  Come to “Saturday at the Museum!” August 27, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida.  Adults, seniors, and military can take advantage of the reduced $3 children’s admission rate.  Instructed kids craft (rain sticks) will be at 11 a.m. or 2 p.m.

Plan quality time with your family and friends, view historic exhibits and learn about Northwest Florida heritage.  Museum exhibitions include “Crestview Train Depot”, “Military Memories”, “Panhandle Pioneers”, “Lumber & Turpentine” and many more.  Kids will love the hands-on “Discovery Room”, and everyone will enjoy “Paradise Gardens”, an outdoor pollinators garden created and maintained by the Valparaiso Garden Club.
