Reward offered for person who vandalized trophy cases at NHS

NICEVILLE, Fla. – Niceville High School Principal Charlie Marello has offered a $250 reward for information leading to the arrest of the individual responsible for vandalizing trophy cases at Niceville High School. The reward was upped to $500 when a supporter of the school chipped in another $250.

Marello discovered the damage on January 1 and posted a tweet on his Twitter account showing the damage and offering the reward.

“Happy New Year! NHS was broken into last night & several trophy cases were vandalized. $250 reward for information leading to the arrest of the low character, sorry individuals responsible. Email me at Charles.marello@okaloosaschools.com GO EAGLES,” read the post by Marello.

Niceville Principal Charlie Marello discovered the vandalized trophy cases on January 1. He posted this tweet offering a $250 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for the damage.

Law enforcement is on the lookout for a white female who was seen on surveillance cameras removing items from the trophy cases and piling them on the floor. She is believed to be 45-55 years old.

The damage was described as minimal. It is believed the woman entered the school through a door that did not lock properly.
