The private event, presented by Cryo 850, begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour featuring a specialty spirit served in a commemorative glass, courtesy of Buddy’s Seafood. The restaurant will be closed to the public and transformed into a Gatsby-era, Prohibition-themed celebration.

Guests will then be seated for a four-course dinner prepared by award-winning chef Mark Eichin and the Paradis culinary team. Each course will highlight local produce, Gulf seafood, and fine meats.

The dinner is presented by 30A Hat Bar, 30A Home, Shore Thing Cigars, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Entertainment throughout the evening will include an electric violinist from Violin 30A, sponsored by Inlet Beach Real Estate. Additional features include a photo booth provided by Coastal Insurance, florals by 30A Luxury Vacations, photography sponsored by Swiftly Catered, and a special commemorative gift for each guest marking the event’s 10-year anniversary.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit South Walton Academy, a private, non-profit inclusion school and pediatric therapy clinic located at 305 Mack Bayou Road in Santa Rosa Beach. The academy serves students from preschool through 12th grade and offers individualized education along with therapeutic services including speech, occupational, and behavioral therapy.

“South Walton Academy was built on the belief that every child deserves access to an education and support system that truly sees them,” said Calley Middlebrooks, founder of South Walton Academy.

“The Prohibition Repeal Dinner is a powerful reminder that when a community comes together, we can remove barriers, open doors, and change the trajectory of a child’s life.”

Over the past decade, the Prohibition Repeal Wine Dinner has raised more than $63,000 for local charities, including Alaqua Animal Refuge, Beach Care Services, Destin Charity Wine Auction, Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, Food for Thought Outreach, Hannies Grannies, Neurodiversity Resource of the Panhandle, and Westonwood Ranch.

“Bringing so many generous people from our community together for a fabulous evening and raising money for great causes has become something we look forward to year after year.”
