NICEVILLE, Fla. — The 2024 Mid-Bay Bridge Rotary Club Oktoberfest is just around the corner, promising another exciting weekend of food, entertainment, and family-friendly fun in the heart of Bluewater Bay.
This year’s Oktoberfest kicks off on Friday, Sept. 27, at 4:30 p.m. and runs until 10 p.m., then continues on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is free, and everyone is invited to enjoy the festivities.
The festivities take place in the parking lot in front of the Winn-Dixie store at 4512 E. State Road 20, Niceville, 32578.
The Rotary Club is ready to serve up a delicious selection of authentic German favorites that will transport your taste buds to the heart of Bavaria. Feast on sizzling bratwurst, tangy sauerkraut, juicy chicken, and hot dogs, and don’t miss out on the authentic German pretzels and mouthwatering desserts.
Of course, no Oktoberfest would be complete without beer! Sip on a variety of German beers, wine, and refreshing sodas.
Make sure to try the famous Laugen Bavarian pretzels, which are imported directly from Germany. These salty, soft pretzels are perfect on their own, or you can dip them in a cup of cheese.
In addition to the food and drinks, Oktoberfest offers more than 30 vendor booths selling arts and crafts, T-shirts, and more. It’s a perfect spot to pick up unique gifts while enjoying the festival atmosphere.
Oktoberfest is designed for the whole family, with plenty of activities for kids, including a giant slide, rock climbing, bouncy houses, and creative face painting. Everyone is sure to have a great time.
