Okaloosa Arts Alliance names 2023-24 board of directors

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — The Okaloosa Arts Alliance (OAA) has named its board of directors for the 2023-24 fiscal year.

The Executive Board of Directors consists of:

  • Marlayna Goosby, Grow Your Gift Conservatory of Music, President
  • Diane Fraser, Emerald Coast Science Center, Vice President
  • Susan Kneller, Chair of the OAA Grants Committee, Treasurer

The Board of Directors is composed of:

  • Bill Head, Colonel (Ret), USAF, MSC
  • James K. Baughman Sr., author
  • Jeanette Shires, Mattie Kelly Arts Center at NWFL State College, Niceville, and NWFL Symphony Guild
  • Chris Reid, musician, and Young Philosophers Society

The OAA is partly supported by the Florida Department of State Division of Arts & Culture and Florida Arts auto license tag revenues, but it could not exist without its members and community support.
