OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. — An Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) major has graduated from the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, the OCSO announced.
Major David Allen completed a rigorous 10-week leadership training program alongside law enforcement professionals from around the globe in Class 295.
The program focused on strengthening leadership skills and building connections to benefit the OCSO and the community.
Undersheriff Charlie Nix attended the ceremony to represent the OCSO.
A highlight of the training was the Yellow Brick Road, a 6.1-mile endurance and obstacle course that concludes the academy’s physical training program. Major Allen was among those who successfully completed the course.
“This achievement reflects Major Allen’s dedication and commitment to excellence,” the OCSO said in its announcement.
