OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla.  — Nominations are now open for the 2024–2025 Excellence in Community Service Awards, an annual recognition presented by the Okaloosa County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

The awards honor individuals in three categories: Youth Volunteer of the Year, Educator of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year. Each category highlights residents who are said to have made a meaningful difference through selfless service, educational dedication, or community impact.
