NICEVILLE, Fla. — Eglin Federal Credit Union has recognized a Bluewater Bay Member Service Counselor for 25 years of service, celebrating a career that has included multiple roles across the organization.
Anna Klepser, who lives in Niceville, was honored during a celebratory breakfast on March 6 at the credit union’s Bluewater Bay Branch. Friends, family, and coworkers gathered to recognize her milestone anniversary and longtime contributions to the organization.
“Anna has exemplified integrity, commitment, and care through every challenge and every success over her 25-year career at Eglin FCU,” said Bluewater Bay Branch Manager Shannon Whitaker.
“Her hard work has strengthened our organization and helped us serve our members with excellence.
Anna’s loyalty and professionalism are deeply appreciated, and her positive impact on our team and the local community is truly felt. We’re grateful for her 25 years of outstanding service — and we’re hoping for many more.”
Ms Klepser began her career with Eglin Federal Credit Union on March 1, 2001, as a Teller at the Mary Esther Branch. In 2003, Klepser transferred to the Eglin Branch to serve as a Membership Officer and was promoted to Senior Membership Officer two years later.
In 2008, she became a Member Service Counselor at the Eglin Branch, further expanding her experience in member service. The following year, Ms Klepser stepped away from Branch Operations to work as a Human Resources Assistant.
She returned to Operations in 2011 as a Branch Member Service Floater, supporting multiple locations across the credit union. In October 2013, Klepser moved into her current role as a Member Service Counselor at the Bluewater Bay Branch.
According to Eglin Federal Credit Union, Ms Klepser has become an invaluable resource to her team and a trusted, friendly face to members who often visit the branch specifically for her assistance.
“I’ve been with Eglin FCU half my life, which probably explains why everyone here feels like family,” Ms Klepser said.
“My granddaughter is now the age my daughter was when I started, which really puts time into perspective and reminds me how many wonderful memories we’ve made, challenges we’ve overcome, and accomplishments we’ve shared.
She said it’s been a joy to grow with such an exceptional team.
“I look forward to more years of serving our members and making new memories with my Credit Union family,” said Ms Klepser.
