The Niceville Senior Center activity calendar is already full of fun things for seniors to do including game time, yoga, billiards, Zumba, knitting, gardening and more.

The Niceville Senior Center celebrated its grand opening with a Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting and other activities on Tuesday evening, December 11.

Niceville High School’s chorus group Opus One welcomed over 800 guests to the celebration. City Manager Lannie Corbin addressed the crowd and recognized local businesses whose contributions helped to make the Niceville Senior Center possible.

The courtyard fountain is dedicated to the Chamber’s own Civic Hall of Fame Inductee, Plenn Howell Phelps, Sr., through a generous donation by the Phelps Family.
